Q1: Where should we go for our family photo session?
A: This should be in an environment where you and your family feel most comfortable in. Children feel most confident in surroundings they are familiar with or have something fun to do such as running around in a park, open fields or the beach.
Q2: What should we wear on the day?
A: Be comfortable and be yourself. Since these are lifestyle sessions, we will keep it casual and enjoyable. In terms of colour palette, pick 2-3 tones and dress the group in those colours without being too identical. Pastel colours or neutral tones such as grey, blue, beige are ideal. Subtle patterns, stripes and textures are great. Please try to avoid black and big logos.
Q3: How do we plan the photography session in terms of timings?
A:In home lifestyle sessions can be flexible and can be arranged to suit your child/children's nap times. Outdoor sessions are strictly 2 hours prior to sunset in order to capture the beautiful light you see in my photographs.
Q4: What happens if our family members are sick on the day, or if the weather is bad?
A: You and your family's wellbeing are of utmost importance. If you or your child are unwell or if the weather is not suitable for an outdoor photoshoot, I would be more than happy to postpone the session without extra charge.
